Job summary

Silver Lake Construction, LLC is seeking a qualified Quality Control Manager to implement a contractor project quality control program and ensure QC requirements are met for the project at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma.

The QCM will attend QC Plan and Coordination meetings, conduct preparatory QC meetings, review submittals, oversee testing, and provide QC documentation and certifications. Strong leadership, communication, and detail orientation are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate QA activities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project quality and construction activities per plans and specs.
• Lead QC activities, attend QC plan meetings and coordination meetings.
• Review submittals to minimize rejections and manage resubmissions.
• Ensure proper testing, documentation and QC certifications.
• Coordinate QC specialists and testing lab personnel on site.
