Environmental Quality Management is seeking a Construction QC Engineer II for field-oriented responsibilities in Havertown, PA. The role focuses on QC during field work and report development to meet contract obligations and USACE/DOD standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 5+ years of field QC experience, and certifications such as HAZWOPER and USACE CQM. This is a primarily field position with collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Equivalent education and experience may be substituted.
• HAZWOPER certification and USACE CQM preferred; PE license or ability to attain.
• Minimum 5 years of field QC experience on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Report to the field to perform, inspect, and oversee fieldwork.
• Oversee and review work of personnel to ensure compliance with plans.
• Ensure testing is completed by qualified personnel with calibrated equipment.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and measurement of work.
• Prepare work progress estimates and track pay quantities.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Superintendent, and safety/QC teams.
