• Participates in cross-functional teams to improve job site quality and processes.
• Provides data and analyses to the Commissioning Manager on job site quality.
• Guides field employees and supervisors on quality practices.
• Coaches on-site personnel to improve audits and handle challenging jobs.
• Reviews project expectations with leadership and provides actionable feedback.
• Plans, organizes, and executes assignments in a timely manner.
• Represents Faith Technologies in hiring referrals and mentoring activities.
