Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of field experience.
• Travel 10-25%.
• Flexible schedule: may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conducts quality inspections for layout conduit systems, lighting systems, and basic control systems.
• Leads small crews (2-5 electricians).
• Performs safety checks on job sites and maintains compliance with safety policies (LOTO/OSHA).
• Provides coaching and training on site and participates in continuous improvement of job-site quality.
