You will conduct quality audits, ensure safety compliance, and lead small electrician crews to meet project timelines. The role requires 5+ years of field experience, a high school diploma or GED, and 10-25% travel.

Responsabilités

• Conduct quality inspections for layout conduit systems, lighting, and basic control systems.
• Inspect motor feeders installations and standard motor connections.
• Identify quality issues from construction documents.
• Lead small crews (2-5 electricians).
• Perform safety checks on job sites and ensure compliance with LOTO/OSHA standards.
• Provide coaching and guidance to field staff on quality practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve site processes.
