Job summary

Sabanci is seeking a QA/QC Engineer/Manager to implement a robust QA/QC system across utility-scale PV and BESS projects in the U.S. The role includes on-site field inspections, managing subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to the Quality Plan.

Travel to project sites is required, with an 50% travel expectation and a focus on risk mitigation and documentation integrity. You will develop QA/QC processes, review ITPs, and oversee subcontractors to ensure high-quality execution from construction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, construction management or related discipline.
5+ years of PV and BESS utility-scale project experience.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and inspection processes for PV and BESS equipment.

Responsibilities

Develop/own the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of QA/QC strategy or QMS across all projects.
Establish, track and report key quality KPIs across the projects.
Review and approve Contractor Quality Plans (PQP), ITPs, and checklists; identify risks early.
Schedule/participate in QA/QC meetings with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Conduct site inspections and oversee subcontractors to ensure compliance with the Quality Plan.
