Job summary

Climax Molybdenum is seeking a Field/Pump Diagnostic Mechanic to maintain pumps and related equipment in an industrial plant environment. You will install, diagnose, and repair pumps, conveyors, and related systems, while mentoring others and ensuring safety standards are followed.

The role requires working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems, with emphasis on electrical safety and proper maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in mechanical/maintenance crafts or equivalent education/experience in industrial repair.
• Proficiency in welding/cutting (MIG, TIG, ARC, Oxy-Acetylene).

Responsibilities

• Perform safe completion of routine and non-routine repairs.
• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance activities and document Work Orders.
