Job summary

Dugan Production Corp. is seeking a Pumping Unit Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair pumping units and engines across field operations. You will work independently in the field to maximize uptime and equipment reliability by identifying issues and performing repairs.

The role requires physical stamina, safety compliance, and the ability to read technical documents while coordinating with supervisors. This is a full-time field position based in Farmington, NM.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pumping units, engines, and field equipment.
• Ability to read technical docs and inspection procedures.
• Experience with oilfield production operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair pumping units and engines in the field.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and part replacements.
• Maintain inspections, records, and inventory for field pumping units.
• Respond to service requests and report findings to supervisors.
• Ensure units meet safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards.
