Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities seeks a hands-on Task Force Property Manager to stabilize and run RV parks and MH communities. This role carries full on-site authority, with 100% travel and 2-4 week assignments as needed to restore performance and guest satisfaction.

The position requires proven operational leadership, deep RV/MH knowledge, and the ability to manage both teams and financial performance while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing RV parks or manufactured housing communities.
• Proven ability to step into underperforming or transitional environments.
• Experience managing both teams and financial performance.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and remain on-site for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate communities with full leadership authority, stabilizing operations during vacancies or transitions.
• Lead onsite teams with urgency, fairness, and accountability, driving occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee RV and MH operations including reservations, guest relations, and service recovery.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting and controls.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations and Corporate teams on staffing and transitions.
