Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a hands-on Task Force Property Manager to run RV parks and MH communities end-to-end. You will have full on-site authority, stabilize operations, lead onsite teams, and drive occupancy and guest satisfaction.

This is a field-first, travel-intensive role requiring quick structure, accountability, and capability to implement SOPs while ensuring safety, compliance, and solid financial reporting. The base salary is $65,000 with a 30% bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in RV parks, manufactured housing communities, or related hospitality/property operations.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay on-site for extended periods.
• Proven experience turning around underperforming properties.
• Experience leading teams and managing financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Fully operate communities during leadership vacancies or transitions.
• Stabilize day-to-day operations with clear standards and accountability.
• Lead onsite teams with urgency, fairness, and accountability.
• Drive occupancy, ADR/RevPAR, collections, and expense discipline.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and reporting accuracy.
