Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities seeks a Regional Manager to own a portfolio of Manufactured Communities and RV Resorts. This is a performance-driven leadership role responsible for financial, physical, and cultural health across communities, with accountability for on-site teams.

The ideal candidate will drive occupancy, NOI, and delinquency management, and will own improvement plans for underperforming properties while maintaining consistent standards and a strong guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site manufactured housing communities or RV resorts.
• Proven ability to drive occupancy, NOI, and delinquency metrics.
• Strong people leadership, communication, and accountability skills.
• Comfortable operating in a metrics-first, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational, financial, and cultural performance of the assigned portfolio.
• Drive NOI, occupancy, delinquency control, and Capex planning.
• Lead hiring, training, weekly manager meetings, and performance reviews.
• Manage on-site teams to meet company standards and scorecard targets.
• Identify issues in underperforming communities and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate strategy and progress weekly with VP of Operations.
