Job summary

Avari Management in Dauphin Island, AL is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 40–80 units, conduct inspections, ensure brand standards, and drive timely maintenance and issue resolution.

The role is field-based with significant time in the portfolio, acting as the single point of accountability for homeowner experience, performance, and operational execution. Shifts may include early mornings, weekends, and local travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in property management, hospitality, or portfolio-based client management.
• Technical computer skills on all forms of hardware – laptops, cell phones, tablets.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Homeowner relationship management: serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor.
• Portfolio operations: own day-to-day performance for a 40–80 unit portfolio and ensure standards.
• Departmental partnership: coordinate with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Onboarding, Compliance, and Maintenance teams.
• Revenue & performance optimization: apply pricing and performance insights to homeowner discussions.
