Job summary

Avari Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on upkeep, repairs, and readiness of properties across the portfolio, ensuring homes meet quality and safety standards.

The role collaborates with Property Managers, housekeeping, and field operations to deliver reliable maintenance, respond to requests, and maintain guest-ready and owner-approved properties. Evening/weekend availability and a valid driver's license may be required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support guest and owner inquiries and maintain service standards and metrics.
• Collaborate with team members and provide cross-coverage during high-volume periods.
