Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of property management
• Conduct routine inspections and document findings with follow-up
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet brand standards
• Perform light property maintenance as needed
• Assist with turnover readiness, punch lists, and preventative maintenance
• Monitor property condition trends and escalate concerns
• Maintain notes and documentation in CRM and systems
• Submit and track work orders for timely completion
• Support new property onboarding and compliance items
• Participate in structured training programs focusing on homeowner relations and guest experience
• Shadow senior Property Managers to learn portfolio ownership and decision-making
• Contribute to team projects and process improvements
