The role requires extensive field work with travel up to 80% and deployments outside normal territory, including CAT readiness.

Ideal candidates have five years of field/property claims experience, strong proficiency with Xactimate, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five years of insurance field/property claims handling or adjusting experience.
• Solid experience with Xactimate and claims estimates from start to finish.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• State licensing where required and professional development such as CPCU preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance theory, contracts, and settlement practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned claims promptly with minimal supervision, including complex and catastrophic losses.
• Determine coverage, apply standard methodologies, and recommend settlements.
• Open, close, and adjust reserves to ensure reserve adequacy.
