Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Locates, measures, photographs, and inventories property types.
• Interviews property owners to verify interior components and conditions.
• Reviews accounts for accuracy and inputs information into the database.
• Communicates with the public by phone, email, and in person to explain the assessment process.
• Represents defended values at quasi-judicial hearings before a panel.
• Assists emergencies and disaster response with property assessments.
