Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections: gather/verify data (measurements, photos, sketches) and identify value-affecting changes with accuracy
• Conduct periodic exterior property assessments in varying terrains and weather
• Use office software, maps, and manuals for appraisals, coding, and communications
• Handle customer interactions professionally, including stressful situations
• Maintain team relationships and complete tasks as assigned by the Appraisal Manager
