Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to track field construction project status and support scheduling and logistics. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and customer service across field operations.

The coordinator will update Smartsheet and Excel reports, facilitate production data collection via mobile platforms, and assist field teams with technology and paperwork routing to ensure timely billing and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Self-starter with the ability to identify tasks, prioritize and complete.
• Excellent phone skills including professional etiquette and clear communication.
• Interpersonal and customer relationship skills for weekly meetings and input.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic technology peripherals (Wi‑Fi, printers, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Track status of field construction projects and assist in scheduling.
• Update tracking tools and performance metric charts.
• Monitor programs to collect field production using mobile platforms.
• Validate work package submissions for billing and reports.
• Provide daily logistic coordination to field leadership.
• Assist with installing and updating technology in the field.
• Coordinate and route physical and electronic work packages.
