You will lead schedules, monitor equipment, and maintain safety standards while communicating with clients and reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to communicate in English.
• Ability to train others and exercise leadership skills.
• Two years of professional landscape maintenance experience required; HS diploma or GED above that.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew on job sites, ensuring safety and quality of work.
• Create schedules, assign tasks, and monitor timelines and materials.
• Maintain and operate landscape equipment; ensure preventative maintenance.
• Inspect job sites and address punch lists with management guidance.
• Communicate with on-site clients and follow the defined plan.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and outcomes.
