Job summary

Capstone Mechanical, LP. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to provide essential administrative support from our CS3 facility in Bartlett, TN.

The role reports to the Senior Project Manager and will handle change orders, shop drawings, submittals, and coordination with subcontractors. The position requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to multitask across awarded projects and ongoing work.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and provide administrative support to project management.
• Assist with change orders, shop drawing acquisition and review, and submittal distribution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, issue notices of intent, and manage contract revisions.
• Maintain project filing systems, logs, and documentation for close-out.
• Process permits, bonds, COIs, and insurance certificates as required.
• Support turnover and commissioning activities and ensure on-time project administration.
