Job summary

Capstone Mechanical, LP. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize mechanical/plumbing projects for clients. You will lead project engineers and superintendents, source materials, manage budgets, and ensure milestones are met on time.

This role requires strong communication, blue beam and MS Office skills, blueprint reading, and the ability to multitask across multiple sites. You will report weekly on progress and participate in billing and planning meetings.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Project Management/Project Engineer experience in mechanical/plumbing.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office and Blue Beam.
• Able to read blueprints/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects for customers.
• Manage project engineers and superintendents.
• Source and procure materials within budget.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and monthly billing meetings.
• Visit project sites weekly to document progress and resources.
• Ensure milestones are tracked and adjust resources as needed.
• Provide weekly status updates to management.
