Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex precast/construction projects across the Northeast. You will manage handoffs, schedules, budgets, safety, and quality while spending substantial time on active sites.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on field environment, with 5+ years in construction PM, strong plan/spec interpretation, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the Northeast (75% overnight).
• Strong reading of construction plans and specifications; focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–5 concurrent construction projects from handoff through closeout.
• Coordinate daily with engineering, manufacturing, contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and field personnel.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, progress reports, billing, invoicing, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, drawings, specs, and project correspondence.
• Maintain a strong onsite presence and monitor jobsite safety and quality; address schedule risks.
• Support preconstruction activities including estimating handoffs and value engineering.
