Roncelli, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This field-based role requires daily presence on project sites and travel to other locations as needed, with compensation based on qualifications and role requirements. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of progressive PM experience managing multimillion-dollar projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Min five years of progressive construction project management experience on multimillion-dollar projects.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain within 30 days; MUST Safety, Certified Storm Water Operator, First Aid/CPR where required.
• Pre-employment drug testing and background check may be required.
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction turnover through closeout.
• Develop and implement project execution plans and control requirements.
• Coordinate activities across PM, Field Operations, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and support staff.
• Manage budgets, cost codes, forecasts, cash flow, and cost-to-complete projections.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead meetings with clients and stakeholders, and communicate status and decisions.
