Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead daily field execution for construction projects in the Rock Island, IL area. You will coordinate field crews, vendors, and management to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans.

The role requires local presence, on-site leadership, and strong communication with clients and jurisdictions to maintain project momentum and quality throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Qualified local Field Project Manager for daily field execution.
• Oversee field crews, vendors and ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with management, clients and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope, sequencing, and constructability.
• Lead daily field meetings with foremen and vendors.
• Verify permits, locates, and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage QA/QC and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Maintain field documentation: EOS, damage reports, MOT updates.
• Coordinate field changes with engineering and management.
• Address homeowner or public concerns professionally.
• Provide on-site leadership across multiple teams and sites.
