Edward Don & Company in Auburn, WA seeks a Field Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation to closeout. You will oversee budgets, change orders, and subcontractor performance while coordinating with trades and clients on site.

The role requires 1–3 years’ field PM experience in foodservice equipment or related construction, with strong plan-reading skills and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in MS 365, Auto Quotes, Blue Beam, Plan Grid, and SAP is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma plus 1–3 years of field project management experience in foodservice equipment installation or similar construction.
• Ability to read floor plans, equipment manuals, schematics, and complex instructions.
• Valid driver’s license in state applying for.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage projects from start to completion.
• Select and manage all subcontractors under contract and coordinate interfacing work with trades.
• Review documents, create RFIs and internal questions for the project team in pre-order preparation.
• Schedule pre-order meetings with CSR, estimator, project coordinator and drafter.
• Notify purchasing, estimating and installation of project date changes after POs.
• Field verifications of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects; ensure drawings and cut sheets are current.
• Coordinate timing, receiving protocol, and on-site sign-off for deliveries.
• Ensure scope completion, punch lists and QA/QC; communicate health final inspection status to trigger reconciliation.
