Job summary

TriMark USA is seeking a Field Project Manager to oversee all phases of equipment package installations for new store projects. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise procurement, shipment, and installation, serving as the primary liaison between General Contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

The role requires coordinating with Design, Sales Operations, and Distribution to meet customer needs, reviewing bids and shop drawings, and maintaining project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent military or practical experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.
• Sales/distribution experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of equipment package installations from procurement to completion.
• Manage the opening equipment package process, including procurement, consolidation, shipments, and installations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Design, Sales Operations, Distribution) to align on customer needs and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Review bid and contract documents to ensure compliance with contract requirements and design intent.
• Participate in weekly meetings to provide project updates and address questions, ensuring transparency across teams.
• Review manufacturers' quotes and approve shop drawings for design compliance.
• Ensure jobs are delivered and installed on time while maximizing profitability.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
