Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an on-site Installation Lead to support its Facilities & Engineering initiatives via the National Project Management Team. You will act as the offsite and onsite leader for equipment installation across legacy and expansion sites, coordinating installations nationwide and ensuring timely handoff.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Industrial Process Experience.
• 3 years of Maintenance experience.
• 3 years of Manufacturing experience.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (18 in CT/PA/WV) and pass background screening.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks with PPE in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support Facilities & Engineering via the National Project Management Team.
• Act as offsite and onsite leader for equipment installation across sites.
• Coordinate successful equipment installations across the national portfolio.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and compliance for new equipment in the US.
• Identify issues and apply fixes with Project Manager approval.
• Assist PM in overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Liaise between construction teams, vendors, and internal staff.
• Assist with design, vendor vetting, progress reporting and lifecycle activities.
• Travel to project sites to oversee installations and handoff.
