Job summary

KALCON is seeking a Field Project Manager to provide Owner Representation during tenant fit-out across multiple data center campuses in Turkey, TX. The role emphasizes safety, scheduling, coordination between Base Build GC and Fit-Out GC, and QA/QC execution to meet design intent and project scope.

The candidate will manage submittals, RFIs, procurement logs and drive commissioning, with a focus on OEI tracking and weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, or applicable trade/superintendent experience.
• 7-10 years of experience working in either design or construction of projects. Experience in Labs, Semiconductor, Data Center, and/or Critical Facility Construction is necessary.
• Proficient use of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
• Strong written and oral communication skills to exchange information with senior management, service providers, workers, and contractors

Responsibilities

• Safety Oversight
• Schedule Oversight - Day-to-Day Tracking/Management
• Owner/GC Coordination: Base Build GC vs. Fit-Out GC
• MOP Coordination
• Delivery Coordination
• Site Logistics Coordination
• QA/QC
• Diving Into Plans/Specs - Understand Design Intent/Scope/Etc.
• Ensuring GC is Executing QA/QC Plan (Project Specific)
• Tenant Fit-Out Experience: Fast Paced Schedule
• Busway/RPP's, Hot Aisle Containment, Conveyance, Etc.
• Existing Buildings Retrofits: Added CRAH's, Power/Cooling, PQM Retrofit, Etc.
• Commissioning
• Submittals, RFI's, Procurement Log
• OFCI Tracking
• OAC Meetings
• GC Weekly Reports, Safety Metrics
• Must be on the job 5 day a week 6:30-3:30
