• Proficiency with e-mail & scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing your active projects.
• Communicating with your subcontractors and vendors daily to maintain a great team culture.
• Establish strong working relationships with trade partners & vendors.
• Prioritize tasks on multiple projects and strategically organize your teams and workload.
• Schedule and organize your team to meet designated time frames.
• Reporting back to the company on the status of your projects.
• Daily visits to construction sites to monitor progress and ensure work is completed correctly.
• Ensure deadlines and company standards are met.
• Meet customers weekly to provide updates and address outstanding items.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email.
• Timely follow up with customers (same day).
• Interview and onboard new subcontractors/vendors as applicable.
• Oversee construction crews from conception to completion.
• Review current projects weekly via job tracking to confirm schedules.
