Wayne Homes is seeking a Field Manager to oversee the construction of custom homes from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and on-budget results while maintaining strong relationships with homeowners and trades.

You will coordinate vendors, manage multiple sites, enforce scopes of work, and ensure safety training completion (OSHA 10, first aid, CPR). This role rewards initiative, organization, and customer-service excellence.
