Wayne Homes is seeking a Field Manager to oversee the construction of custom homes, ensuring quality on schedule and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with homeowners and trade partners.

The role requires coordinating vendors, enforcing scopes of work, and managing multiple sites. OSHA 10, first aid and CPR training are encouraged, with a valid driver’s license and organizational skills essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Comfortable in both group and independent work settings.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Competent with computers/Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in construction, trade or related coursework is preferred.
• Must be licensed, insurable driver with clean driving report.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of custom new homes in their entirety
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with homeowners, co-workers, and trade partners
• Hold vendors accountable for their responsibilities
• Manage multiple homesites at one time
• Learn and enforce scopes of work
