Wayne Homes is seeking a Field Manager to oversee the construction of custom homes, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and trades. Lead multiple sites, ensure safety training, and coordinate with contractors while upholding quality standards.

A licensed driver with clean driving record and OSHA/CPR training are preferred. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a supportive team.
