Job summary

BECI is seeking a capable Project Manager or Project Engineer to join the Nashville, TN team. The role is local, with occasional out-of-market travel for training and support across branches.

Prior building enclosure experience is a plus, but BECI emphasizes training and development for the right candidate. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (engineering/construction management) or equivalent construction industry experience.
• IIBEC credentials (RRC, RRO, RWC, REWC) or EIT certificate a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting building envelope issues on site.
• Visit construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
• Produce investigation reports.
• Assist with preparing construction specifications.
• Provide technical support to staff as needed.
• Attend trade shows and training to stay current with industry trends.
