Project Manager/Project Engineer

BECI is seeking a Project Manager or Project Engineer to join our team in the Atlanta, GA market. This local position requires occasional out‑of‑market travel to train and support other branches. Prior Building Enclosure experience is a plus; we will train if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with troubleshooting building envelope issues.
• Visiting construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
• Producing reports based on investigations.
• Assisting with preparation of construction specifications.
• Providing technical support to staff, as required.
• Attending trade shows, seminars, and educational programs to keep abreast of industry trends and ensure continued professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (engineering or construction management) or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
• IIBEC credentials (RRC, RRO, RWC, or REWC), or an EIT certificate is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

• Salary-based with the potential for quarterly performance‑based bonuses.
• The salary is competitive and generally exceeds the national average.
