Job summary

Premier Tech Water and Environment is seeking a field-based Project Coordinator in Iowa to lead installation projects from planning to final commissioning. You will coordinate technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring work aligns with Premier Tech standards and client expectations.

You will maintain thorough project documentation, manage material orders, and support local sales strategies while promoting Health & Safety on every site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, field coordination, or installation in construction/environmental/industrial sectors.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Willing to travel a 125-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate installation projects by defining timelines, resources, and deliverables within budgets.
• Coordinate field activities by managing teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet Premier Tech standards.
• Maintain proactive client communication and manage expectations professionally.
• Maintain project documentation and deliver outputs to relevant parties.
• Manage material orders and ensure equipment availability to meet deadlines.
• Participate in business development and local sales strategies tailored to market requirements.
• Champion Health & Safety practices on all job sites and ensure safe behaviours.
