Job summary

Insituform Technologies, LLC is seeking a construction project coordinator to oversee production, safety, quality and project management standards on a portfolio of municipal water projects.

You will conduct pre-bid site surveys, manage contract start-up and closeout, coordinate with field crews and subcontractors, track costs and margins, and handle submittals, RFIs, scheduling and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 2+ years CM experience, or 5+ years field CM managing $1MM portfolio.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of accounting/finance principles preferred.
• Experience in water/sewer or municipal environments is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Primavera and JD Edwards experience a plus.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and project management standards.
• Pre-bid site surveys, contract execution/start-up, and closeout.
• Work with field crews and subcontractors to track and manage project costs, meet expected production rates and gross profit margins.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and project status meetings with customers.
• Prepare, submit, and track submittals and RFIs.
• Assist with scheduling jobs.
• Prepare scopes of work and assist with awarding subcontracts.
• Handle material procurement jobs.
