Premier Tech Water and Environment seeks a field-oriented Project Coordinator to lead installation projects from planning through commissioning. You will coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining open communication with clients and delivering on commitments.

Based in Iowa, you will work in the field with a collaborative team, ensuring safety and quality across all sites and contributing to regional business development.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in project management, field coordination, or installation within construction, environmental, or industrial sectors.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented.
• Willingness to travel within a 125 mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate installation projects with timelines, resources and deliverables within budget.
• Coordinate field activities with teams, subcontractors, and suppliers per Premier Tech standards.
• Maintain proactive client communication with transparent follow-up and expectations.
• Maintain project documentation and deliver outputs to stakeholders.
• Manage material orders and equipment availability to meet timelines.
• Participate in business development and local sales strategies.
• Promote health and safety best practices on all sites.
