Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct work experience in project management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success in project delivery and execution of project management methods.
• Intuitive grasp of organizational structure to manage cross-departmental and cross-disciplinary resource allocation.
• Highly effective negotiation and conflict resolutions skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, coordinate and facilitate manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning of Silent-Aire products.
• Schedule and run kickoff and recurring meetings; manage stakeholder communication.
• Provide weekly status reports to senior leadership and manage project forecasts.
• Coordinate design deliverables with Client and Engineering teams.
• Ensure timely client deliverables; maintain records and documentation.
