Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. seeks a Field Project Manager to lead and coordinate manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning of Silent-Aire products for data center projects. You will schedule meetings, track deliverables, and work with engineering and client teams to ensure quality and on-time results.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and regular travel. CST/EST time zones in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct work experience in project management.
• Ability to travel on a regular basis including extended overnights, before/after normal work hours, and weekends (10-25% travel).
• Occasional travel to field worksite locations may require PPE and international travel; passport required.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success in project delivery and execution of project management methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, coordinate, and facilitate manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning of Silent-Aire products with cross-functional teams.
• Schedule and run kickoff/recurring meetings; develop agendas and manage stakeholder communication to ensure milestones are met.
• Provide weekly project status reports to Senior Leadership and coordinate with finance to meet forecasts.
• Review project specifications and provide input to engineering on field scope of work.
• Coordinate project design deliverables with Client and Engineering teams.
• Deliver client presentations and manage Change Orders as needed.
