Job summary

Align Communications seeks a Field Project Manager for data center liquid cooling to lead advanced cooling infrastructure from planning to turnover. You will coordinate engineers, contractors, and clients, ensuring design viability, performance, and compliance.

The role requires 50% travel nationwide, hyperscale/AI data center experience, and strong PM leadership. Eligible for full benefits and professional training.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data centers, mission-critical facilities, mechanical or MEP construction.
• Experience managing liquid cooling projects in hyperscale/AI data centers.
• Strong coordination with engineers, vendors, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead liquid cooling projects from design through turnover.
• Coordinate direct-to-chip cooling and rear-door heat exchangers.
• Integrate cooling with IT equipment, racks, and power distribution.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Serve as liaison among Align, clients, engineers, and contractors.
