Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking a Project Engineer to provide field support for the Bull Run Pipelines Project in Gresham, Oregon. You will assist with subcontractor management, procurement, and construction layout, ensuring safety and quality on this heavy civil project.

The role requires 2–3 years of field experience, familiarity with Primavera and related PM tools, and the ability to travel as needed. This is a full-time, onsite position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of field construction experience at jobsite level.
• Experience on large heavy civil construction projects.
• Familiarity with project management software and document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with subcontractor procurement, management, and package development.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with permits, codes, drawings, and specs.
• Prepare documentation records, status reports, and progress reports for supervision.
• Prepare drawings and sketches to support construction work and change orders.
• Review contractor pay applications and project schedule; process RFIs and reports.
• Maintain project management systems and record-keeping for correspondence and documents.
