Job summary

360X Staffing seeks a Project Engineer for utility-scale solar, substation, and BESS projects. This field-based role requires 100% travel to project sites across the United States, delivering projects with civil, mechanical, electrical, PV, structural, and SCADA teams to meet schedule and budget targets.

You will coordinate with installation teams, Engineers of Record, subcontractors, and clients, maintain project documentation, track progress, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required or strongly preferred.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) designation or PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support renewable energy construction projects with coordination, documentation, and field activities.
• Maintain organized project documentation and meeting records.
• Assist with schedule tracking and progress monitoring.
• Prepare and coordinate change order documentation and data gathering.
• Review design documents and provide redlines or clarifications as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate between discipline teams and ensure timely handoffs.
• Resolve day-to-day issues by coordinating with field teams and suppliers.
• Document lessons learned and support template updates.
