Job summary

CoVolt Power AHV, a leading utility-scale EPC company, seeks a Field Engineer to support solar and BESS construction across the United States. The role is entry-level and field-based, reporting to Project Engineers and working with Superintendents.

The position is Lake Village, Arkansas area site-based with potential home rotations; candidates must be prepared to relocate for project durations and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil/mechanical/electrical engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of project management processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read IFC drawings and project specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents on all construction aspects from notice to proceed to final client acceptance.
• Coordinate with project team to prioritize safety, quality, and communication.
• Support project administration to ensure design, budget, and schedule alignment.
• Assist RFIs and submittals for the assigned scope.
