Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. in Phoenix seeks a learning-minded team member to assist the project team on designated projects while gaining exposure to Ryan processes, procedures and policies.

You will work from a construction site for a minimum of six months, with the potential to continue for the duration of the project, learning both field and office operations. You will help generate RFIs, track approvals, monitor shop-drawing logs, coordinate deliveries, and learn safety policies, project

Qualifications

• Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required.
• Must perform mathematical calculations and understand drawings, POs and contracts.
• Able to communicate effectively and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team on designated projects while learning Ryan processes.
• Support RFIs, track approvals and manage logs for shop drawings.
• Learn site dimensional control and verify field measurements against drawings.
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor deliveries and scheduling.
• Familiarize with Ryan Safety Policies and site logistics.
• Participate in permit inspections and update plans with RFIs/ASIs.
• Assist in preparing and updating the project schedule.
