The position offers exposure to RFIs, shop drawings, safety policies, and project scheduling, with opportunities to engage in field verification and coordination across trades.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in generating and tracking RFIs and approvals.
• Maintain shop drawing log and coordinate shop drawings.
• Learn project dimensional control and verify dimensions on site.
• Coordinate and track vendor and subcontractor deliveries.
• Learn Ryan Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Understand site logistics and permits process.
• Update office and jobsite plans with RFIs and ASIs.
• Assist in Punchlist inspections and track progress.
• Support in preparing and updating the project schedule.
