Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a learner to support a construction project on site in Denver, focusing on understanding Ryan's processes, procedures and policies.

The role blends field and office work for at least six months, with exposure to RFIs, shop drawings, safety, safety policies, and project scheduling. You will work with the project team to gain hands-on experience in estimating techniques, cost control, drawings interpretation, and coordination with vendors and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field required.
• Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and pricing helpful.
• Ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in completing designated projects while learning Ryan processes and policies.
• Learn field and office operations on a construction site for at least six months.
• Help generate RFIs and track approvals.
• Monitor shop drawing log and coordination.
• Learn safety policies and site logistics.
• Gain understanding of permit inspection processes.
• Update office and jobsite plans with RFIs/ASIs.
• Participate in Punchlist inspections and scheduling.
