Job summary

Kent Companies' National Mission Critical Division is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the field project team alongside the General Superintendent and Project Manager on assigned projects nationwide. You will help with monthly revenue projections, start-up processes, budgets, project documentation, and cost-to-complete forecasting while monitoring performance and coordinating with field teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or construction science.
• 1–3 years of construction industry experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 100%.
• OSHA 30-hour certification, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and report RFIs and track scope changes.
• Update and coordinate submittals with vendors and clients.
• Input costs and change orders; monitor cost to complete.
• Deploy to jobsites nationwide; verify field work per drawings.
• Perform QC inspections and track testing results.
• Assist with project setup and labor tracking.
