Job summary
AllSearch Professional Staffing in Worcester, MA is seeking a Field Coordinator to support commercial construction projects across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. This field-based role coordinates job-site activities, performs site readiness checks, takes field measurements, reads plans, and supports installation schedules with subcontractors and customers.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of construction experience.
- Experience reading and interpreting construction documents, blueprints, plans, specifications, and work orders.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights over 20 feet.
- Willingness to travel across MA, CT, RI including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Inspect active commercial sites for progress, readiness, and quality.
- Perform field measurements and collect technical data.
- Read plans and specs to support field execution.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and installation schedules.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with customers and teams.
- Manage material receipt and inspect quality at job sites.
- Support installation activities per project documentation.
- Travel to job sites across MA, CT, RI, with overnight stays as needed.
