Job summary

Great Southwestern Construction is seeking a Field Services Coordinator (FSC) I to assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with daily field operations across multiple project sites. Travel and relocation to field locations are essential as assignments vary.

• 1–2 years in field construction management is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs to develop and implement QAQC quality plans.
• Assist with cost estimates and project scheduling as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Support submittals, change management, and RFIs.
• Promote safety compliance and inspect field workmanship and equipment.
• Coordinate material/inventory monitoring and equipment tracking.
