Job summary

347 Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Project Coordinator to support construction projects through planning, scheduling, and daily reporting. The role requires frequent travel to multiple states and close collaboration with the Project Manager and team.

You will maintain schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, track progress, and prepare regular updates. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to travel and work across sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in construction and/or utility industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with industry software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple states.
• Requires strong math aptitude for problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and coordination
• Maintain and update construction schedules
• Coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors as the schedule changes
• Communicate daily construction activities to CM and PM
• Provide regular updates on the project status and progress
• Update plan vs. actual performance tracking
• Maintain accurate and current project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and project communications
• Review daily paperwork for compliance
• Track and validate work units and deliverables
• Verify Field Change Order requests and paperwork is complete
• Enter submittals and documentation in client systems
• Escalate field issues
• Use of broad problem-solving skills to solve problems on the fly
• Ability to travel to different job sites, heavy travel
• Heavy tracking and data entry
• Overtime required during busy season
